Parota is a favourite with some gravy. They are ideal food on weekends and on any good occasion. Parotas are very popular in south India.
How to use:
For Crispy parota, Heat on tawa with ghee. Use both hands and pat on edges of parota to get layers. Serve hot and Serve along with curries, yogurt, pickles or chutneys.
INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour, oil, ghee, salt
