Brahmins Rasam Masala is a blend of aromatic spices to make famous South Indian cuisine “Rasam”. While Rasam is sometimes served on its own as a soup, but it is usually served as a side for rice, puttu, idiyappam, or dosa. Now you don’t need number of different spices to make Rasam, just one pack of this blended spices is enough to prepare delicious Rasam.
Ingredienser–Rasam Powder, made with dhania, thur dal, bengal gram, pepper, cumin seeds, red chillies, turmeric root and mustard seeds. The ingredients in perfect proportion are roasted and ground to perfection, ready to be used in getting the rasam flavour right.
